With the healthy eating craze firmly planted in dining culture, we were tasked with helping Buffalo Wild Wings understand specifically how their visitors prioritize healthy options when eating out. Through a series of mobile ethnographies, eating diaries and an expert panel, we identified seven different healthy eating strategies which led to a unique, ownable healthy eating POV that spoke directly to their visitors unmet needs.
