Dropbox had established itself as the leader in cloud-based file storage and sharing – among consumers. However, Dropbox wanted to introduce an enterprise-level solution to IT professionals skeptical of Dropbox’s ability to meet their stringent demands. We created a Brand Essence and messaging strategy that helped make it ok for IT pros to trust Dropbox for their business needs. Awareness and consideration of Dropbox for Business doubled in 6 months.
