After establishing the foundation of a successful fast casual concept, Punch Pizza turned its attention toward growth. To inform their strategies, we fielded an A&U study and customer segmentation to identify the unique characteristics of Punch’s loyal customer base and identify a broader group of like-minded prospects that represented a huge growth opportunity for the brand. This research, along with a few other initiatives helped inform menu enhancements, messaging recommendations, store layout and even real estate decisions – priming the brand for long-term success.
